4. Repair Services

  • Repair turnaround time depends on the complexity of the fault and spare parts availability.
  • Estimated completion times are approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to decline repairs for devices that are beyond economical repair or contain illegal, prohibited, or malicious content.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information.
  • Removing passwords where possible or providing necessary access credentials for repair.
  • Creating a complete backup of important data before submitting the device.
  • Collecting repaired devices within the specified collection period after notification.

6. Data Backup & Data Loss

While Asim Technologies takes reasonable precautions during diagnostics and repairs, we cannot guarantee the preservation of data stored on any device.

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all important data before submitting their device for service.

Asim Technologies shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, deletion, or recovery failure of data occurring during diagnosis, repair, software installation, hardware replacement, or any related service.

7. Warranty

Warranty applies only to the specific repair work or replacement parts mentioned on the invoice.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Physical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Fire or burn damage
  • Electrical surges or power fluctuations
  • Improper handling or accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software-related issues not directly associated with our repair

Warranty periods vary depending on the type of repair or replacement component supplied.

8. Spare Parts

Depending on customer preference and availability, we may use:

  • High-quality compatible replacement parts
  • Refurbished components

Customers will always be informed before installation.

9. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Ownership of repaired devices remains with Asim Technologies until full payment has been received.
  • We reserve the right to retain possession of repaired devices until outstanding payments have been cleared.

10. Device Collection

  • Customers are requested to collect repaired devices within 30 days of receiving notification.
  • Storage charges may apply to devices left beyond this period.
  • Devices remaining unclaimed for an extended period may be recycled, disposed of, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law after reasonable notice.
